IPLBV is prepared for MS Windows applications which need the image processing and recognition features. The library includes image compression and decompression functions (JPEG, JPEG2000, Group IV), binarization, speckle removal, de-skewing, color saturation, color drop down filter (HSL, RGB), image improvement and pattern recognition (barcode, patch code, OCR A/B). The library is delivered in form of Dynamic Link Library with a short presentation program.
